Dadgour, a PhD student in Nanoelectronics Research Lab (NRL), has been declared a winner of an Institute of Energy Efficiency Peter J. Frankel Foundation Fellowship for the academic year 2010-2011. The new system is a 6” Black Magic Plasma Enhanced CVD (PECVD) system for graphene and carbon nanotube (CNT) growth. This combined thermal CVD and plasma enhanced CVD tool is planned to be delivered in first quarter 2010 to Nanoelectronics Research Lab at UCSB.
