Minseong Lee

Minseong Lee is a Principal Engineer at the process architecture team of foundry business in Samsung Electronics. He received his M. S. and PhD degrees in electrical engineering from Seoul National University in 2011 and 2016 respectively, where he worked on the fabrication and characterization of GaN-on-Si based RF and power devices. Dr. Lee is a visiting scholar in NRL at the Universtity of California, Santa Barbara, where he is supporting the development of next-generation high-performance devices based on novel 2D-materials.
