Professor Kaustav Banerjee Receives 2008 IBM Faculty Award

Banerjee has been recognized with an IBM Faculty Fellow Award for his outstanding achievements in research. The award comes with research funding to continue collaboration on coupled electromagnetic and thermal effects in interconnections for nano-scale integrated circuits.
