Professor Kaustav Banerjee invited to serve as a Distinguished Lecturer for the IEEE's Electron Devices Society (EDS) - Banerjee's lectures will cover the role of nanoelectronics in energy management, physics and applications of carbon nanomaterials in integrated circuits, thermal-aware IC design and emerging interconnect issues in 2-D and 3-D integrated circuits. The Distinguished Lecturer appointment is bestowed on a small number of members in various IEEE societies to speak at Chapter meetings and events across the world. Its purpose is to engage with working engineers, policy makers in governments, academics, and students and bring them up to date on the practical application of the latest research results.
