Junkai Jiang receives 2020 ECE Outstanding PhD Dissertation Award
Junkai's work on CMOS-compatible doped multi-layer graphene interconnects wins the Outstanding PhD Dissertation Award.

Junkai's dissertation titled, "CMOS-compatible doped-multilayer-graphene for next-generation interconnects, passives, and monolithic-3D ICs ", was chosen amongst the top ECE dissertations filed during Fall 2019 and Fall 2020. The award includes a $1,000 stipend and a memento. Congrats Junkai!!!
